 EVENTS AT THE RICHMOND LIBRARY

Children’s Puppet Program

In celebration of National Library Week, The Lois Wagner Memorial Library will present the Pippin Puppets! program “The Bunny Funnies.”  It’s a Bunny Party!  All the bunnies will be here—painting eggs, singing songs, playing games and much more. They will be at the library on Thursday, April 6 starting at 6:30p.m., with the program running about 45 minutes. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.  Come and enjoy this program that is for all ages.
Space is limited for this program so please call the library at 586-727-2665 to register.

Lapsit Plus and Storytime

Preschool Story Time will continue on Tuesdays- now through April 25, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This program is for children 3 to 5 years of age.  Story time will not be held on April 4, 2006.

The Lapsit Plus program is for children ages 18 through 36 months.  This program allows caregiver and child to participate together in songs, finger plays and stories with a time for socialization afterwards.  Lapsit Plus is on Thursday- now through April 27, 2006 at 10:30a.m.  Lapsit will not be held on April 6, 2006.

Anime Kaisho 

This is a club for any high school students who are Manga and Anime lovers.  We meet on the third Monday of every month from 6:30p.m. – 7:45p.m. During this time graphic novels are compared, art work admired and goodies consumed.
