Richmond Chrysler Donates AED To Michigan State Police

James Simpson, Vice President and General Manager of Richmond Chrysler Dodge Kia, presented the latest in life-saving devices, an Automatic External Defibrillator, to the Michigan State Police. Richmond Post First Aid Instructor Trooper Kevin Primel and Post Communications Services Officer Trooper Rick Sebring accepted the device on behalf of the Richmond Post of the Michigan State Police. The device was the first in a long line of donations to help equip each Richmond Post Michigan State Police car with an AED. Said Simpson, “We’re always proud to do what we can to help the community, and look forward to doing much more in 2004.”  Additional events in 2004 will include a benefit golf outing in support of Breast Cancer Research and the Michigan Special Olympics. Richmond Chrysler/Dodge/Kia has over 25 years of service to the community, employs more than 100 local residents, and has an annual payroll in excess of 3 million dollars.
