BICYCLE RODEO IS BACK!

at Beebe Street Park

· One free helmet for each child and parent in attendance
· Demonstration by the Richmond Police Department Bicycle Officers
· Seminar on bicycle maintenance
· Learn to size and wear the helmet properly
· McGruff the Crime Dog
· Drawing for a free bicycle
· Bike Parade with police officers around the park
· Safety Town available through Richmond Parks and Recreation from 11:00-1:00.
· Child Car Seat Safety Inspection by police officers 10am - 2pm
