Bell River Community Credit Union Bell River Community Credit Union will once again offer the $1500.00 Arthur C. Clayton Scholarship Award to one of our high school seniors for their higher education endeavors. Scholarship applications are available at the local high schools or can be picked up at the credit union office. All applications must be received by May 20th, 2002.
